TORCHMATE ADVANTAGES
Machine Pricing

We have all heard the expression "you get what you pay for."  This is certainly true in our industry.  It is probably possible to buy a CNC plasma system somewhere else for slightly less money.  The question is, how much less, and what are you getting for your money?

You can buy a tool chest full of imported tools for less than the cost of quality American-made tools.  However, tools last a long time, and most of us would rather spend a few extra dollars and not regret our purchase later.

Our aim has been to bring the fantastic benefits of CNC shape cutting to shop owners who can't justify purchasing a $50,000 machine.  However, we are not willing to sacrifice quality for the sake of cost.

We offer you a full-sized, industrial quality CNC shape cutting machine that can be purchased in a basic configuration at a low initial cost, and upgraded over time with profits made by using the unit.

The following examples show how you can get started for approximately $7,500 and end up with a machine that is fully equivalent to any $50,000 machine on the market.  It is assumed that you already own a suitable plasma cutter.

You start out with an initial investment that is less than the cost of most competing machines.  You add to the unit over time, with the profits from the machine paying for the additional items.  You end up with a full-sized, industrial machine with a machine torch, and an automatic torch height control that is the real thing.

The Torchmate was designed to make profits.  The additional cost over the price of a small capacity light duty machine will quickly be absorbed in time saved by not having to:

constantly shift your material to cut an entire plate or cut large shapes.

follow your torch around while it is cutting to make sure the tip to work
     distance is maintained.

manually nest your shapes, insert lead-ins and lead-outs, make kerf size
     allowances, etc., etc.

Time is money.  How much is yours worth?
