TORCHMATE III CNC GANTRY KITS 
    
The completed Torchmate III kit will be identical to the finished, "bolt-together" Torchmate III, except you will fabricate the frame and rails from locally purchased steel.  Full instructions are provided.  This is an extremely simple fabrication that can be completed over the course of a weekend.  One of our option packages suitable to the work you will be doing must be purchased separately.
 
The driver software is included with Torchmate III kits.  The CAD Module should be purchased as part of one of our option packages.
  

The Torchmate III is available in kit form at a substantial savings. The kit includes the following:
 
2 amp half-stepping electronics, three 264 oz. in. motors, cables, & control (driver) software module. (Note that other Torchmate kits come with two 135 oz. in. motors.)
 
Y axis linear motion slide & roller cassette.
 
Gears and gear rack.
 
Timing pulleys & belts.
 
Extruded aluminum gantry components, brackets and fasteners.
 
Steel brackets included with the kit are shown below.
