TORCHMATE CNC GANTRY KIT

A completed Standard Torchmate gantry is lifted onto owner-fabricated rail system.
 
Unlike our Torchmate III and Torchmate II kits, in which you fabricate the table and rails, the Standard Torchmate kit involves fabrication of the entire machine, including the gantry.  Kit includes all necessary brackets and hardware to complete the machine.
 
You build the rail system and material support table from locally purchased steel to save shipping dollars.  No raw steel is supplied.  Kit completion time averages about 40 hours.
 
Standard Torchmate kit includes our 2 axis Windows-based electronics and driver software.  The CAD Module is not included, but is available as part of one of our option packages.  Motors are 135 oz. in., and use a 3.4:1 reduction via timing pulleys and belts.  This results in 459 oz. in. of usable power.		 electronics_sm.jpg (9172 bytes)

You get the electronics, motors, driver software, cables, timing pulleys and belts, guide rollers, gears and gear racks, nuts, bolts, washers, etc.  The electronics and software are "turn-key" and require you only to connect the cables and wires. Full instructions are provided.
