The finished Torchmate III
can be bolted together in about three hours. It is
constructed of heavy extruded aluminum and uses an industrial linear
motion Y axis. One rail is dropped 8" to permit the material to be loaded with a forklift. The X axis (long axis) has two 264 oz. in. motors, and the Y axis has one. Finished Torchmate 3 units come with the Stage 2 option package, plus finished gear rack, and laser-slotted material support brackets. |
