INTERMEDIATE PLASMA OPTION PACKAGE

Our intermediate plasma option package is identical to the basic package, except our CAD Module has been substituted for CorelDraw.     This vastly expands your ability to quickly create shapes and process them.  You can scan drawings and convert the profiles for cutting.  You can duplicate one or more shapes as many times as you want, and automatically nest them to use the least material.     In addition, the CAD Module provides automatic compensation for the gap (kerf) created by the torch while cutting.  It will also automatically generate lead-ins and lead-outs to prevent blemishes when piercing.     The program is smart, and knows that interior shapes must be cut first, and that kerf compensation as well as lead-ins/outs go on the inside of interior shapes and the outside of exterior shapes.     The CAD Module features a post-analysis function, which lets it analyze a dxf file created by AutoCad, and correct defects such as minor gaps in the lines, and errors such as lines and arcs drawn in the wrong sequence or direction.  Both the CAD Module and the driver software can be used in either inch or metric units of measure.
