TORCHMATE 3 CNC GANTRY KITS
  

The completed kit will be identical to the Torchmate 3 pictured on the accompanying web pages, except you will fabricate the frame and rails from locally purchased steel.  Complete instructions are provided.  This is an extremely simple fabrication that can be completed over the course of a weekend.
 

The Torchmate 3 is available in kit form at a substantial savings. The kit includes the following:
 
2 amp half-stepping electronics, three 264 oz. in. motors, cables, & control (driver) software module. (Note that other Torchmate kits come with two 135 oz. in. motors.)
 
Y axis linear motion slide & roller cassette.
 
Gears and gear rack.
 
Timing pulleys & belts.
 
Extruded aluminum gantry components, brackets and fasteners.
 
Steel brackets included with the kit are shown below.

steel brackets are supplied unpainted.  Here, the customer had them powder-coated locally.
 
On finished, "bolt-together" Torchmate 3 machines, we have them powder-coated prior to shipment.
