Torch height control upgrade

Does your torch holder require you to constantly crouch down to watch your tip-to-work distance?

Why not upgrade to a Torchmate automatic torch height control?

Torchmate THC units are totally independent of your system's electronics, and only require a computer controlled output, such as the one that turns your plasma torch on and off.

With 3 1/2" of vertical torch travel, all you have to do to change consumables is jog the torch up and back down.

The torch station provided with Torchmate THCs is mounted via a single 3/8" bolt. It can be adapted to most machines fairly easily.

Installation of a Torchmate THC also makes it easy to mount a vertical machine plasma torch, if your system doesn't already have one.

Because of the 3 1/2" of vertical travel of the THC, it may be necessary to lower your cutting surface to take advantage of it.
