Probe Sensor |
|
Available for use on any Torchmate Two, Three or Four system, our Torchmate Probe Sensor gives your machine full prototyping capability. Put any sample shape or piece on your table, set the distance between passes and probe offset and walk away. Your system will recreate just about any part and the code to cut as many duplicates of it as you need. This is a great option when simple CAD drawings just are not possible. It is especially helpful when trying to recreate a complicated 3-D shape. Forget learning how to draw the part, just let your Torchmate Cutting System recreate it for you. |

Plate Marker |
|
Torchmate's New Automated Plate Marking Attachment requires no plate height setting. The pneumatic motion will travel until the pen contacts with the plate. The adjustable downward force prevents tool damage from hard impacts. This also prevents plate deformation. Adjusting downward force changes the engraved line for a thicker, deeper line. The adjustable pen throttle (BPM) affects line thickness and impacts per second for a dotted line effect or a smooth line effect. The Plate Marking Attachment provides permanent, high-precision marking on a wide range of metals. Torchmate has been specializing in industrial strength shape cutting machines for 28 years. We pride ourselves on our customer service. Give us a call today! |

Thermal Dynamics and Hypertherm Plasma Cutters |
|
| A CNC cutting system is
only as accurate as the plasma torch it guides. Don't short-change
yourself by using an inferior plasma cutter. Thermal Dynamics Cutmaster Series Plasma Cutters and Hypertherm's Powermax Series Plasma Cutters both use a pilot arc ignition system rather than a high frequency start, and are fully compatible both with your computer and our electronics. Further, an arc voltage take-off is readily accessible on these plasma cutters, permitting you to use them with the above arc voltage torch height control. |

Automated Z Axis for Routing of Wood, Plastic, and Soft Metals Torchmate 2, Torchmate 3 and Torchmate 4'x4' Small Shop Machine |
|||||
One of the great advantages of the Torchmate over other systems is its ability to perform operations requiring a vertical (Z) axis working in conjunction with the X and Y axes. This lets you make signs, cut kitchen counter tops, drill precisely located holes, apply solder or adhesive, and perform an almost endless variety of other activities. Our automated Z axis option includes a physical vertical axis with precision ways and a lead screw, a third motor, and BobCad 3-D software. Since two of the three driver boards normally used in the driver console are being used to power the two X axis motors, a fourth driver board must be installed in the console to control the Z axis. That means that this accessory must be ordered at the time you initially purchase your Torchmate system. |
Includes BobCadCam 3D, v21software ($1,295 value, included for FREE with Torchmate Physical Z-axis) | ||||
